Jan Lauver has an extensive 48-year tenure in navigating business and legal complexities within the high-tech sector, particularly in areas like semiconductor devices and power management technologies. At MPS, he orchestrates the company's legal, financial, and intellectual property strategies, leveraging his profound knowledge in the startup ecosystem. His academic foundation includes a JD from the University of Santa Clara and dual degrees from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in Economics and Business Administration. Jan's strategic initiatives in legal and IP affairs have significantly fortified MPS’s position in the competitive tech landscape, especially in semiconductor manufacturing equipment and EMC test equipment domains.
Robert Taylor

Robert Taylor’s 25-plus years in technology licensing, especially within semiconductors and power electronic systems, have positioned him as a key visionary in MPS. His leadership has been instrumental in guiding MPS’s focus on the commercialization of IoT product applications and supporting initiatives in GaNPower’s power electronic system designs. With a solid background in serving on the board of LEIS Industries Ltd., Robert's efforts have been pivotal in transitioning MPS from its Nevada inception to a leader in power technology, driving forward GaN-based applications and system innovations.
Rob Dhat
Business and Financial Consultant
With a unique blend of engineering and business strategy, Rob Dhat's role at MPS is characterized by over 20 years of leadership in technology commercialization and IP strategy across consumer electronics, mobile technology, and semiconductors. His educational background includes a BSEE from the University of Victoria and an MBA from Wharton. Rob's expertise not only in leading MPS's revenue growth but also in fostering strategic partnerships has been vital. His experience as CEO and Founder of Decipher IP, specializing in SaaS-based IP asset management for Fortune companies, reflects his comprehensive approach to technology monetization and strategic IP management.
